Thousands of Londoners fill up the street of London. A rally starts at Clerkenwell Green and has reached Trafalgar Square around at 2:30.

People protest against spending cuts, privatisation, jobless and falling in living standards.

Elisa Davinca, 38, teaching computer science and new technology, “May Day is used by a lot of socialist parties to cover their loss of their roots and pretend to fight for the workers agendas, but people are not so stupid, especially the young are re-coding it and reclaiming the day to tell what the real thing is nowadays it is a chance to go out and confront the fake with the real. It is the chance to dismantle the big lie of many parties who claim to be on the left side and with the so called working class but have sold out them for a long time. I need to be optimistic even in dark times. Only if you don't stop to move you can have a sense of freedom, move on” said.

Destiny Bur, 15, student, “I am here to support all workers who have not received enough wages for living” said.

May Day this year dedicated to Bob Crow who was a general secretary of RMT Union, has died at the age of 52 in March and Tony Benn who was a former Labour MP, he lost his life after three days Benn died. He was age 88.

Paula Mitchell, 56, a member of Socialist Party, “This year is particularly important because we are remembering Bob Crow and Tony Benn. Bob Crow was a great fighter for working class,” said.

Martin Gold, The London May Day Organising Committee said: “Bob was an organiser and he was a dedicated socialist.  He was committed to interest working class and trade unions. Bob was renowned fearlessness, defending and advancing the interest of its members. I understand and you understand Bob was a leader. We pick up the flag where he left it”

A daughter of Bob Crow, Natasha Crow said: “He always motivated me to back up myself. He was aspirational, courageous and stranded up on two feet.”

Caner Gurgur, 17, student and part time worker, “I am here to support pensions and workers I believe that in order to achieve worker’s rights people should push the government more and make them think about the minimum wages. Because living cost is very expensive in London. Workers approximately receive 8.55 per hour and you could not effort to live by this wages,” said.

Anna Erbil, 32, worker, “Solidarity with workers, marching it is about being together and showing them we are family. We got to show strong force. We are not afraid show this to the government. Especially Bob Crow was always involved these marches. Today some people lose money, some of them lose last two days so we should taking action and stop this injustice,” said.

Demonstration ended without any problem, peacefully.
